Philosophy class tonight was the most interesting one yet. Now we getting the gist of the matter. Discussion was on morality. Would you kill to save lives? Class was divided on that. Basically what I saw was that people say a lot of things and they feel almost fanatical about their beliefs but ultimately it boils down to what is going in their heads and the situation they are placed in. You are never really sure what you will do in a given situation. We are all moralists up to the time when the abyss beckons. Then all hell breaks loose and it is each man for himself.
